PEN International has also developed a series of Guidance Notes for Centres aimed at addressing of particular relevance in running a PEN Centre. These Guidance Notes have been developed to support PEN Centres in different areas of their work. They are based on the experience of meeting and working with PEN Centres through the PEN International Regional Programmes and particular areas Centres identified they would benefit from additional material to support their work.

They are designed to help Centre staff and volunteers plan strategically in order to be able to plan, implement and evaluate their work in the community; and apply for grants.

The Guidance Notes continue be developed and expanded based on feedback received from Centres who have used the guidance notes, and from the experience and needs of Centres in all regions. Please send comments and suggestions to Romana Cacchioli, International Programmes Director, Romana.cacchioli@pen-international.org
