Temesgen Ghebreyesus

Temesgen Gebreyesus is remembered for his acting, sharp sense of humour, and photography skills. He was arbitrarily arrested in September 2001, along with other journalists, for reporting on the letter by a group of dissenting members of the ruling party, known as the G-15.

Eritrean authorities have consistently refused to disclose his place of detention, or any information about his health and well-being.
